Do ivy league schools send out snail mail to everyone, whether or not it is requested?

By snail mail I mean letters and brochures to get a small look at what the college is like.|||No, they tend to only send it to people with a decent chance of getting in (average or even a bit below average based on their scores). It doesn't mean you can get in, but you might have a 5% chance or maybe a bit better. The more people who apply, the more money they get in application costs, and the more applicants they can turn down, which increases their ratings.
