How to tell when your malaysian trumpet snail is dead?

I have 3 malaysian trumpet snails I know all about them and stuff i dont need to know about them. I just want to know how u tell your trumpet snail is dead.|||If a snail shell is in the same position for more than three days and the snail's body is not visible, the snail is most likely dead.
