How long before adding frogs and a snail to my aquarium?

I just set up my ten gallon aquarium. It has some soft plants and other ornaments inside it, and its full of tap water. I put in water conditioner, the filter is running (new filter), it has a heater, and some smooth rocks. the water is clear (after setting for an hour) and everything seems fine right now. nothing is living in it yet. how long should i wait before adding two african dwarf frogs, and a mystery snail to the tank? also after my tank starts to cycle, im going to add fish as well.|||let itwait about 48-72 hour before adding anything|||1 week
