How to get more oxygen in my snail tank?

My snails keep having to go to the top for air. How can I get more oxygen in my snail tank? I already have a filter and a bubbler.|||Besides living in water, snails breathe air. They can hold their breath for a long time, plus food and moisture is easier to find in water. There is nothing wrong with your tank.
