Does a turbo snail really do that good of a job in the cleaning nuisance algae?

I think I have some green hair algae and some type of brown algae (brown on substrate and green on live rock) in my saltwater aquarium and I was wondering if a turbo snail would do a good job in getting rid of it. I'm going to get anemones and/or corals sometime probably. What are the pros and cons of a turbo snail?|||no real cons unless one crawls in your over flow and blocks the line,

once you get corals they do get big enough to knock them over if they arent anchored down right

pros are they help with tank maintenance

but there are others to choose from, have a look
