How do i harvest snail slime to make cream?

I want to make snail cream but I am not sure how to harvest the slime. Would someone please help me with that?|||Never,ever.I haven't heard of that,I suppose the trick of beer in a container heeled in the ground,so it will attract them.maybe plates leading to the container and pour a beer rinse over the plate.|||sounds gross
